Instructions for preparing
- 1.Put all the ingredients except olive oil in a blender and mix. Finally, add oil while mixing. If the hummus is too thick, add a little more water while mixing. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2.Roast Goody Foody vegetable medallions for 2 minutes on each side with a drop of oil in a pan. Serve with vegetable salad.
